Marion Zygadlo
Marion
Zygadlo was born in 1952 in Warsaw, Poland,
where he received his elementary and high school education. With outside
help and considerable effort, he came to the United States in the summer
of 1972. With strong interest in art and architecture, growing up in
a Communist country, he never had the opportunity for formal training
until he came to America.
He enrolled in The University of Texas at Arlington in 1973 and studied
architecture there for five years. Since 1975, he worked in architectural
firms throughout the Metroplex focusing his interest on design, construction
and techniques of solar and earth sheltered structures. Since 1982,
Marion operated a design office in Fort Worth, Texas, and drafted
approximately forty solar and earth sheltered structures.
In the mid 1980’s, Marion joined a conventional real estate company, where
he spent seven years gaining valuable experience working with buyers and sellers.
After a period of time in the residential market, he determined
there
was a vast and growing need for exclusive representation
of home
buyers. In 1993, after training in buyer’s representation,
he made a
commitment to specialize and work for home buyers only. To
better
serve the needs of home buyers in Fort Worth and the surrounding
areas,
he started his own real estate firm, Buyer's Choice Realtors,
which
offers a unique home-buying system, designed to benefit and
protect its
clients. To serve the interest of buyers interested in building
new
homes, he compiled and published the HOME BUYER’S GUIDE
FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION workbook.
As an owner/broker, Marion believes in the old-fashioned
customer
service approach, where his client is well-informed and educated
about
the home buying process. Being upfront, with no hidden agenda
and
totally loyal to his clients is his way of doing business.
He
emphasizes that at Buyer's Choice Realtors, "we measure
our success,
not on how many millions sold, but by how much we saved our
clients." In addition to English, he is fluent in Polish and can also
speak
basic Russian. His hobbies are sailing, bicycling, rollerblading,
tennis, travel and yoga.
Marion sincerely cares for his client’s complete satisfaction
with the
home buying process and is always available to address their
concerns
or questions. Marion has served over 1000 home buyers and
their
references are available upon request.

Kathy Schimmel was inspired to become an exclusive buyer’s agent by her own personal experience. During her own home search, she noticed the poor quality service of her agent who also represented the seller. Soon she become aware of existing conflicts of interest and realized that buyers were in need of their own exclusive representation.
As a real estate professional, Kathy brings not only compassion for the homebuyer but a unique set of skills to her position with Buyer’s Choice Realtors.
First, she is exceptionally good at listening to her clients needs and communicating effectively to all parties involved in a real estate purchase.
Second, Kathy has an “intuitive sense” when assessing the advantages and disadvantages of properties, which she uses to help her client’s select a home that not only adds value, but also security to their lives.
Additionally, she fully explains, up-front, each stage of the purchase process to buyers. Her goal is to empower homebuyers with the knowledge that will to put them “in the driver’s seat,” helping to ensure that buyers feel comfortable with the transaction and confident they are making a wise purchase.
Kathy works with both first-time and experienced homebuyers looking to purchase property in Tarrant County, including: Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Crowley, Keller, Southlake, Azle, Weatherford and more.
Kathy enjoys spending free time with family and loved ones, practicing yoga, doing aerobics, biking and sailing on Eagle Mountain Lake.
